We offer a comprehensive range of fulfilment services and can accept data in a variety of formats – both manual and electronic. Furthermore our on-line systems allow you to log in and check the status of your job and to track your items which are due for delivery.
The full range of services comprises:
- E-commerce fulfilment/e-tailing/order fulfilment
We can take your data or orders by integrating with your website. Alternatively you can place the data on a secure FTP site and we will pick it up from there. We’ll then process your orders and despatch them at very competitive rates. - Promotional fulfilment
If you’re running a promotion, just supply us the data either electronically or in written format. We will pack and despatch your premiums whilst applying a postal discount to every redemption, irrespective of the volumes. - Pick, pack & despatch
We hold stock on behalf of a number of our clients. We then pick the orders on a daily basis (as we receive the data), pack them appropriately and despatch. - Kitting and collation
Some of our clients require us to pack hundreds or thousands of kits for them and then to despatch them to home and business addresses – usually via a next day courier. Your kits might be identical or there could be countless variations; we handle both.
- Point of sale management
We can store and manage your point of sale materials for you. We can then access them quickly as you require items to be despatched. - Response handling
We can receive and process your promotional responses, data capture them and then despatch premiums.
- Product sampling
Many organisations, particularly in the current climate, are keen to send samples to potential new users. Send us the data and we’ll despatch your samples as quickly as possible whilst offering discounted mail prices, irrespective of the volumes. - Careline administration
If you have a careline in place generating the requirement to despatch information to your customers, we can help. Our software means that we can personalise letters with the signatures of your staff. We can also laser print and insert information sheets thus avoiding the need to store and pick hundreds of variations of product literature. Very clever stuff! - Full range of despatch services
Our range of despatch contracts means that we can offer you cost effective solutions within the UK and further afield. Within the UK our suppliers include DHL for next day parcel deliveries as well as the Royal Mail and various Downstream Access providers. - Processing of post from overseas
We have some clients who send us their post in bulk from abroad (pre-addressed or not). We then process it and inject it into the UK postal system thus enabling them to benefit from significant savings.
